You have experience with computers and MS based programs like Explorer, Outlook, Word and Excel. Most of all, you are motivated to succeed, and believe in taking action and delivering superior results. The Position For You: Greet and assist clients and guests. Manage incoming calls. Perform general office tasks. Work directly with and assist office management. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. Provide backup for the following as needed: o   Greet scheduled vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors. o   Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails. o   Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including faxes and emails. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Positive role model in attitude, dependability and performance. Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
