I want my audience to know that conflict has both good and bad influence but how to manage or resolve conflict is the key point.”
Conflict have an impact on relationships being a characteristic of human existence and part of the dynamic of life that drives us into the future, emphasis on solving with integrated approaches is important.

I. R- The impact conflict have on relationships, what happens when there is conflict among relations, be it, family, couples or colleagues, and the best approaches and needed resolution.
II. I- It is important to identify the source of conflict in order to manage it from the root point using the best approach in managing conflicts to prevent further incidents.
III. P- I am going to talk about how conflict is inevitable in human lives due to different personalities, what are its effect if not managed the right way, and how do we handle it correctly. It is important to emphasize that research has demonstrated that conflicts affect relationships between people. People conflict because of perceived change especially when it speculates in negative terms. To address conflicts, there is need for integrated approaches and effective communication between parties involved.
